Policies
Do you accept returns?
No refunds on cancelled events and orders. We will hold your deposit if the event is postponed. If cancellation is 2-3 weeks in advance, depending on circumstance we will return your deposit. All sales are FINAL.
Warranty
We are not responsible for balloons and products once they have been picked up, delivered, or set up. If there is damage to any of our decor items, there will be a damage fee. Bubble Balloon Bar is not liable for any potential risks or incidents that occur after purchase.
Booking Confirmations
We require a 50% deposit to confirm the order or booking. If you are booking 3 or fewer days before the event we require full payment. The remaining amount must be paid at pick up. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your order. Please note if a deposit is not paid the order or booking is NOT confirmed.
Important Notes
Latex balloon with helium last 6-8 hours.
Bubble balloons can last up to 5 days.
We recommend pickup/delivery on the day of the event. Keep balloons at room temperature for the best results.
* High Float can be added to regular latex balloons to make them last longer for 25 cents each. Can NOT be added to confetti balloons.
Picnics
Please arrive on time for your scheduled picnic. The maximum allotted time for an outdoor picnic is 4 hours. The additional hour is $50. Please wait till we arrive at the location to pick up our set up before you leave.
Dinner Table Setups
We require a 3 week notice for bigger events. Please contact us via email to inquire about Table scaping and decor for Dinner set ups.
Decor for Events
We can re-create your vision. Contact us with inspiration pictures and we can give you a quote. Anything is possible and options are endless!
